Mister G is the newest addition to the Monarch Joint Venture partnership. A Latin GRAMMY Award-winning musician, author and activist, Mister G (Ben Gundersheimer) is dedicated to providing education about monarch conservation through creative media. Using his original, bilingual music, picture books, and performances, Mister G promotes environmentalism to audiences across the country and internationally.
Mister G has released 11 albums of original music, including the Latin GRAMMY award-winning Los Animales, and Mundo Verde/Green World, a collection of songs focused on inspiring children to appreciate and take action for the environment. His most recent album, Ritmo y Rima, includes his original song “Señorita Mariposa,” about the monarch butterfly migration, which inspired his picture book of the same title.
Mister G tours domestically and internationally performing for thousands of children and families at festivals, theaters, schools, libraries, museums, and virtual concerts from his recording studio each year.
