Blue Aster Studio

Blue Aster Studio is a small art and design business based in Bloomington, IN. We take our experiences with plants and animals and turn them into fun stickers, buttons, and art prints for nature lovers. We have been obsessed with monarch butterflies since we began adding habitat to our own yard in 2010. They've been an important subject of our artwork from the earliest days of Blue Aster Studio, and we've been proud supporters of the Monarch Joint Venture's conservation efforts since 2019.

Crown Bees

The Crown Bees mission is to create vibrant communities of bee raisers by providing healthy cavity-nesting bees and supplies, quality support, and educational programs. Their processes and product designs are research-driven to ensure they are bee-safe and sustainability-focused. 5% of sales using this link will be directed to the MJV.

Four Stages Tea

Withering, rolling, oxidation and drying. The Orthodox tea making method consists of these four stages. What else is four stages? A butterfly's life cycle. When you drink Four Stages Tea you emerge into a healthier, more vibrant version of yourself. Always organic and fair trade when necessary. Every tea purchase includes a packet of milkweed seed to plant that is native to your area, and a portion of every sale is donated to the MJV. Steep. Sip. Nourish. Fly.

Hartman Lavender Garden

Hartman Lavender Garden started in 2020. We sell our lavender bundles during peak bloom in local stores and distill the rest for its oil + hydrosol. Hartman, a local HS science teacher (BS | MA Biology @projectdragonfly @miamiuniversity @cincinnatizoo ) and her husband (BS Chem | DO) formulate clean skincare from the garden. Our transparent ingredients list is local (honey harvested by us) + Fair Trade (supports women in Ghana and sustainable butters). Our packaging is almost entirely recyclable. ♻️

Holly Yashi

Since 1981, Holly Yashi (Holly Hosterman and Paul “Yashi” Lubitz) have been making quality, handcrafted artisan jewelry in their Redwood Coast design studio in Arcata, California. They donate a percentage of every Bella Butterfly jewelry purchase to the Monarch Joint Venture.

Monarch Essentials, LLC

Monarch Essentials, LLC is located in the California Sierra Nevada foothills. We grow and wildcraft most all of the plants infused into our handcrafted botanical skin care products. Our goal is to use pure organically grown sustainable ingredients to provide our customers with reliable and trusted personal care essentials. Great care and devotion are given to each batch we produce, and we use recyclable/reusable containers and packaging.

At tentree, we make apparel using the most sustainable and comfortable materials in the world. For each tentree item sold, we plant trees, kelp and coral around the world where it is needed. With over 100 million trees planted to date, we're on a mission to plant one billion trees by 2030. 

As a certified B-Corp and Climate Neutral company, we're looking to team up with organizations who care about our planet and want to make an impact, which is why we're proud to support Monarch Joint Venture. Our milkweed planting efforts along the migratory route of the monarch butterfly will provide food and a safe place to lay their eggs.

Since 1974, True Leaf Market has provided customers with premium non-GMO seeds. Inspired by our love for monarchs, we created the Save the Monarchs Wildflower Collection. 10% of all purchases go directly to the Monarch Joint Venture.
