Becca Krasky
Urban Ag and Community Conservation Coordinator (she/her)
Becca works with the Habitat team to support monarch habitat conservation initiatives, with a special focus on urban farms and community-led monarch habitat projects. She also helps out with other initiatives around MJV, including restoration projects at MJV's Prairie Oaks campus and supporting the MJV Store. Becca previously served as a Working Lands Conservation Corps member at Monarch Joint Venture, and before that, was a Minnesota GreenCorps member at Metro Blooms, coordinating native plant education initiatives. She also has experience working in rural and urban community food systems. Becca has a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies and Geography from Macalester College. Outside of work, you'll find Becca biking around the Twin Cities and trying out new gluten-free recipes.
