Lily Peppers

Partnership Coordinator (she/her)
As Partnership Coordinator, Lily supports the MJV network of 120+ conservation partners across the United States. She leads partner engagement through recruitment, strategy, and tracking of the growing MJV network. She also administers the Partner Grants Program and is a key organizer of the annual partner meeting, which brings together the partnership at different locations around the country each year. Lily was born and raised in Massachusetts and discovered her love of the natural world at a young age while exploring outdoors with her family in every type of weather. She earned her bachelor’s degree in physics and geology from the College of Wooster in Ohio but then transitioned her career to focus on gardening, conservation, and community engagement. While serving as Director of Education at Myriad Botanical Gardens in Oklahoma City, she discovered her love of monarch butterflies and has advocated for them in her work ever since. In her free time, Lily enjoys reading, doing yoga, being outdoors in any weather, watching movies, and taking too many photos of her cat, Ivan.
