Caleb Werth

Caleb holds a B.S. in environmental studies from Bemidji State University. During his time at the Minnesota DNR, he created content to promote natural places and the protection of vital species (including pollinators) through the agency's social media channels. In his current job at Ramsey/Washington Recycling and Energy, he develops strategic plans and manages projects for operations and programs. He served for eight years on the board of Town Square Television which is a nonprofit based in Inver Grove Heights. Also, he served on the board of the Cottonwood Foundation for seven years. Additionally, Caleb is currently a kitchen volunteer at Open Arms of Minnesota where he helps to prepare and package meals for Minnesotans battling serious illnesses. From an ecosystem health standpoint, protecting and restoring pollinator habitat is important to Caleb. He has volunteered at pollinator habitat restoration events throughout the Twin Cities area. Caleb grew up in Savage, MN, and now resides in South St. Paul, MN.
