Elizabeth Egan
Communications Coordinator (she/her)
As the MJV's Communications Coordinator, Elizabeth crafts outreach materials, writes blogs, markets MJV's programs, and collaborates with its partner network to develop communications materials that create a unified voice for monarch conservation.
With a B.S. in Parks, Recreation and Tourism from the University of Missouri, Elizabeth's journey in conservation has taken her through roles in communications, development, and event management with various nonprofits, municipalities, and government entities. Each experience has shaped her understanding of the diverse conservation community involved in preserving our environment.
Outside work, Elizabeth enjoys gardening, fishing, hiking, or simply sitting by a good 'ol Missouri bonfire with her loved ones.
